Het is hard werken om aan de top te komen. Liam Payne weet dat als geen ander, want na zijn carrière als lid van One Direction werkt hij nu hard aan zijn solo-carrière. Met de single ‘Stack It Up’ bijvoorbeeld, waarop hij samenwerkt met de Amerikaanse rapper Boogie Wit Da Hoodie. Laatstgenoemde schreef het nummer samen met Ed Sheeran, Steve Mac en Fred Gibson.

Wat begon met audities bij X-Factor is voor Liam Payne uitgegroeid tot een immens succes. Na zijn jaren als lid van One Direction is het nu tijd om solo verder te bouwen aan zijn carrière, waarmee hij met singles als ‘Strip That Down’ en ‘For You’ – duet met Rita Ora en afkomstig van de Fifty Shades Freed soundtrack – al behoorlijk hard op weg is.
