De mannen van Metallica hebben aangekondigt dat hum 3D film, ‘Through The Never’ op DVD, 2D en 3D Blu-ray en alle overige digitale platforms vanaf 27 januari verkrijgbaar zal zijn. Op de DVD en Blu-ray staan uitgebreide “behind-the-scenes” opnames over de totstandkoming van de film, inclusief een 80 minuten durende documentaire “The making of Metallica Through The Never”, diverse interviews met de cast en crew en nog niet eerder uitgebrachte Metallica opnames.
Metallica fans krigen ook de mogelijkheid om een gelimiteerde deluxe editie aan te schaffen met daarin een stukje van het podium dat gebruikt werd in de film, een litho met daarop de handtekeningen van alle vier de bandleden, en nog veel meer. Kijk hieronder voor de details.
