‘The Love & Sex Tape’ is het nieuwe album van Maluma. Op het album gaat de Colombiaanse artiest terug naar de basis van zijn muzikale carrière, vertelt hij: “More than a decade into my career, I was missing that essence that inspired me from the beginning and I felt a need to communicate with the streets as well as fans who love the urban rhythm that has defined me from the start; that’s why I decided to make this album. ‘The Love & Sex Tape’ represents my duality and a 2022 version of my original sound.”
Op ‘The Love & Sex Tape’ staan onder meer Maluma’s recente singles ‘Cositas de la USA’, ‘Mojando Asientos’ (met Feid) en ‘Nos Comemos Vivos’ (met Chencho Corleone). Bij die laatste single is ook de video verschenen. Op de cover van het album staat Maluma’s geliefde hond Buda, in een artistieke bewerking van de Nederlandse kunstenaar Joseph Klibansky.
Op zondag 3 juli staat Maluma op Pal Mundo Festival in Den Haag.
